Returns
Here you will find information on how to return items bought from the Smilgos shop.
Right of return
If an item did not suit you or you changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Let us know by email at [email protected], stating your order number we will send you return instructions.
Condition of returned items
The returned item must be unused, undamaged, with its presentation intact and, where possible, in its original packaging. The right of return does not apply to goods excluded from the right of withdrawal under Lithuanian law (for example, custom-made items).
How to return an item
- Write to us at [email protected] and give your order number and the items you are returning.
- Once you have our confirmation, send the item to the address given via a parcel locker (Venipak, Itella/Smartpost or Omniva).
- Return postage is paid by the buyer, except where the item is defective or incorrect in which case we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used. We will confirm the refund by email.
Defective items
If you received a defective, damaged item or one that does not match your order, please write to us as soon as possible at [email protected] and attach photos if you can. We will replace the item or refund your money, including postage.
